After much work an getting frustrated and making some changes, I have established a bridge between The Harvest Moon Paradise site and the Digital Gate Network Forum DGNF of course is where the HMP forum is located. What does this mean for you? Well to all current and future users, all you have to do is click on the forum button at the top of the site and then you will be taken to the forum and your HMP account will automatically be bridged with DGNF (You have to be logged in on HMP, of course.) so you can post there with your HMP account, including but certainly not limited to, the HMP section on the forum. (Which is a sub forum of the Gaming Section) Also, coming eventually, a theme for the forum that matches HMP colors. PS. This NOT an April Fools joke, it is 100% for real.

Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town and Puzzle de harvest moon are in the process of being added to the site.

Greetings everyone. HMP has been getting a lot of hits and more members than originally expected. Thank you for making this site meet and exceed, most of it's expectations.
But what some of you may also not realize is HMP is a partner of the Digital Gate Network and there is a section there just for discussion of this site or just Harvest Moon the video games themselves. So far, 34 people have signed up here on the site in order to comment on the news and vote in the polls or for whatever other unknown reasons.

Yet it appears that no one has taken a look at the forum. Community is important to us. So we've been talking and after much discussion, we decided it was best to put our proposed plans out in the open and before we made any drastic changes we'd see what input we got back from the users.

My proposal was that to emphasize the community, we would disable all the interactivity on the site, making HMP "Read Only". User Registration, Commenting, Polls, etc and redirect these activities to the forum.

Anthony's concern is that uprooting everyone from here and moving them there would cause mass confusion and/or frustration.

However my opinion is that, first of all, if we don't, then there really isn't much purpose for the forum. Also; I think everyone currently a member could muscle there way through this one time ordeal and this new way of handling things would be better suited for our future.
