This festival can change dependent on different factors. If you are the kind which is impossible year 1 (this is decided by getting a coin in the cake at the harvest festival the previous fall). If you are not king you will either let the ballon fly with everyone else or the king might ask you to ride in the balloon. If you are king you can decide who you want to ride with you.
