Make Waterwheel and Rice Paddy

Description: Clears an area East of your farm house and adds a small building with a waterwheel. Inside is a Seed Maker and Mill for making flour. Additionally 1 Rice Paddy is dug out in a 4x4 square making room for 16 Rice Seedlings to be planted. This 1st upgrade also builds the small Sluice Gate at the entrance of the river, it can only be opened in spring to flood the rice paddy. Sometimes when expanding your farm after you have planted rice, the Rice Paddy will look dry, but your plants will continue to grow as normal.
