Biography: Raul, like his brothers in Bluebell, runs a general store in Konohana. Their inventory is basically the same, except Raul will sell rice and Enrique will only sell Flour
His shop is closed on Sundays and on Sunday he walks up the mountain and down to visit his brothers in Bluebell. They must like their exercise because even after you clear the tunnel they still go over the mountain. Maybe they are claustrophobic or afraid of the dark.
