Biography: Dr.Ayame is the only actual doctor in the game and she has an apprentice, Hiro that works with her. She lives in Konohana, but the clinic is open to all the people in the game, though you never see anybody else in there.
Ayame has a good sense of humor as well, she often jokes with you when you do requests for her about making poison apples. But she isn’t actually serious! If you ever feel under the weather you can go see her. Although, unlike in previous Hm games she wont sell you any medicines.

Tips: Even though she is a Doctor and talks about eating healthy, she likes a lot of the different desserts you can make. Although most of the ones she likes aren’t that easy to make. The 2 easiest ones you can make are Chestnut Bun which is Chestnut + Rice Candy + Pot] The other, you will need to wait until Year 2 to make Egg Tart [Black Egg + Flour + Pan]
But the easiest thing you can do is make Curry Rice. Just buy rice from Raul and Curry powder and combine them. But there are some dishes that you can buy at Howard’s Café in Bluebell in different seasons. You can buy Penne Pasta in spring, Honey Toast in summer, Meuniere in fall and Galette in winter. Or if you don’t feel like you can run to Bluebell everyday Yun’s Tea house has different Tea’s for sale that you can buy too/ Sencha Tea and Green Tea in Spring, and Oolong Tea in Fall.
The other gifts she likes are really hard to get and you have to wait until year 2 to unlock the Oracle. And take many rare and hard to find items so I doubt you would want to waste them as a gift to Ayame. So my advice is, give her Curry Rice, its your best shot.
