Biography: Rose lives with her husband Rutger at the Town Hall in Bluebell Village. Rose is one of those stereotype sweet old ladies that doesn’t have a problem with anybody or anything and is always in a good mood. She frequently posts requests on the board that usually means you having to Konohana Village to get what you need. But make sure you keep the requests a secret from Rutger, because it is usually a secret gift for him and she doesn’t want you to spoil the surprise.

Tips: One thing that makes it easy to befriend Rose, is that she likes all the kinds of flowers you can find and grow, along with most of the small fish you catch while hand fishing. Like Rutger, she also likes the Cooked Rice dish, which you can find in the Cooking section of this guide under the “Other Recipes” section.
To get Rose’s Favorite item, Miso Eggplant, you must 1st get the maker built on your farm in Bluebell, and put Soybeans and Cooked rice to make the fore-mentioned Miso. And once you get to fall you need to grow Eggplants of course. But if your too lazy to do all of that and have some extra cash lying around, check in at Yun’s Tea House occasionally in Fall, sometimes she will be selling it there for 340G
