Biography: Rutger is the mayor of Bluebell Village and thus keeps track of what is happening in Bluebell as well as hosting the local festivals in Bluebell. If you can’t find Rutger he will more then likely be behind the counter at the Bluebell Town Hall. Rutger is usually a quite easygoing kind of guy and is very polite, until he has to talk to Ina at the cooking festivals, just stand back and watch out for flying objects.

Tips: Rutger likes a lot of the insects that you can find throughout the year and pretty much all Large Fish, except for the Large Killifish which will only get you +50FP. So Basically if the fishes name is Large whatever, it will land you a cool +300FP. To catch large fish you have to use the fishing rod which you will receive in your 1st summer. After a while you will be able to get an even better fishing rod from Rutger called the master Fishing Rod, you will need 10 Old Balls and 10 Junk Boots to complete the request.
