Biography: Ash works at his mothers shop as the stable boy for the cows, sheep and chickens that his mother sells. If you want to find him he will more the likely be out in the pasture or in one of their barns. Ash is a pretty normal guy, usually is in a good mood and likes to be a help to his family.

Tips: You will find that the easiest gifts to get Ash at the start of the game are the bugs and that available right from the start. These bugs will mainly be the ones you get in gold cages once you catch them. So they will be a little tougher to catch then regular bugs. If you don’t have much luck with bug catching, you could wait til year 2 when Jessica gets in the Silky Chickens, Jersey cows and Suffolk sheep as he likes the eggs, milk and wool you get from them more then just the regular kinds.
Also Ash’s special gift isn’t sold in either restaurant. So you will have to cook it yourself. But there are a few easy dishes you can make that he likes such as Radish Soup [Radish + Milk + Pot], Baked Yams [yam + pan] or Omelet [egg + milk + oil + pan] These are all quite easy to make and should keep you going in between catching bugs and stuff.
