Lara is the daughter of Wesley, the priest of the town. She also is a nurse and will always assist Edward in the clinic. She will always worry about your health, so it's nice to know someone cares about you.

Wait until you reach the part where you rescue Cecilia in Clemens cave.
After the rescue, visit Ceci in the library in the evening. She will give the Lapis Lazuli.
Give the Lapis Lazuli to Lara.
