When it comes to farming and ranching, Jamie is your rival. Xe is also very
hard to beat when it comes to farming and ranching. There're the sub-menu in
the game where you can access to. 

When you access to the menu in the game, you'll see:

xx = numbers. For instance:
                      [ You-> 17% | 83% <-Jamie ]

It means Jamie beats you when it comes to the profits of farming and ranching.
There are four sections in his own sub-menu in the game. They're

1. Total
2. Ranch Shipping
3. Farm Shipping
4. Other Shipping

It is possible for you to beat Jamie, but not early on. In beginning, Xe'll
almost always beat you in all four sections. But soon as you free the Harvest
Goddess by collecting 50 notes, he'll become a bit easier to beat. But only
by slight.

During the winter seasons, it should be more easy to beat Jamie, than other
seasons.

But don't worry about beating Jamie. Beating xem, won't bring you any awards,
or prizes. So just forget about Jamie, and play through the game. Eventually,
after you have good ranch and farm running, you'll end up beating Jamie a bit
more often later.

** NOTE 1: You can't enter Jamie's house.
** NOTE 2: During the Winter, Jamie will earn a lot farming profits during the
season, even though xe isn't supposed to be able to plant any crops. So in
your game, if Jamie is earning a lot money... Just ship a stake and it'll
bring Jamie's farming profit down next day.
