Trees
New Page 1
The trees are different from the ground crops. It will stay there for all
seasons, and produce the fruits during the certain season. Unfortunately, the
trees aren't big money makers since the fruits are usually in low numbers. So
you won't be able to harvest a lot fruits from the trees.

To plant the tree, you need to look for the 3x3 space so the tree can grow.
If the tree is planted on the space that's lower than 3x3, it'll die. Just
use this formation

     ooo
     oTo
     ooo

"T" is the tree, and o is empty space around it. Use the hoe on "T", and plant
your tree seedling right there. Just stand before "T", and press the seeds.
The tree seeds don't work like the crops. It does not spread out, so you will
have to stand before the slot where the tree are supposed to be planted.

Now you're all done. Nope, you don't need to water your seedling. It'll manage
just fine. Now you can do your other tasks, and check on the seedling
occasionally, to make sure the weeds don't appear next to the tree seedling.
If there're some weeds around the tree, just get rid of those weeds. The tree
seedling will die if there're weeds next to them. Once the tree mature, you
don't have to worry about the weeds anymore.

(2) You can use your hoe under the Mora Trees to find the truffles.
The truffles are worth 1,000g each. You can also use your pig to sniff it out.

WHAT ARE THOSE TREES LOOK LIKE?
Some people asked me often about the trees' descriptions, especially the Mora
Trees. So, that's why I added the section about the trees' appearance here.
In here, you can find where are those trees, and what they look like so you
know what are their type.

Firstly, there are two notable differences between two types of the trees:

Small Trees > Orange Tree, Apple Tree, and Grape Tree
Large Trees > Chestnut Tree, Mora Tree, Evergreen Tree

"Small Trees" - Also known as "Fruit Trees"
These are the Orange Trees already planted, it's southeast of the map. You
will know when you see the orange tree, because they're very much different
than the large trees that you see anywhere.

The Grape Tree and Apple Trees are simliar to the Orange Tree. I hate to admit
but I always have trouble when it comes to identifying which one is apple,
grape or orange tree. I never bothered to see what's difference between
those trees, since they're not really that important.

  "Large Trees"
All of the three different trees are already planted all over the place.
The evergreen trees are easy to notice since they're different than Mora Tree
and Chestnut Tree in speaking of shape. The evergreen trees are common near
Workshop. (I only said this so you know where to look and find the evergreen
trees easily, just so you know what it looks like. Because the evergreen
trees are like anywhere, in the mountain and all. But Near the Workshop, there
are nothing but evergreen trees.)

The chestnut trees are also very common near Harvest Goddess Spring, in the
mountain. During the autumn, you'll see a lot chestnuts on the ground if you
go to the Spring.

The Mora Trees are colour-changing trees. In the spring, they're pink. During
the summer, they're usual green. During the autumn, they'll turn orangish,
with brown pines in its leaves.

--> If you want to chop down some trees for lumbers, I'd recommand you to go
chop down the evergreen trees. They aren't very useful, except for the
lumbers. The Mora Trees have the truffles nearby, while the Chestnut
Trees drop the chestnuts. But the evergreen trees - nothing.

If you wish to plant the trees, I would advise you to plant them close to
other trees. It is to help their fruit productions. You can look at other
examples, such as the Orchard, Orange Trees in southeast, and Chestnuts Trees
in the Mountain. They're all next to other trees, and they do drop fruits more
often than the lone tree. Though, it is only slight increase.

--BOOK ABOUT SEEDLINGS--
"Seedlings require 3x3 squares.
Fruit will drop when ripe, so
you can pick up the fruit and ship it.
It takes about 6 to 20 days for a
tree to grow depending on the type.
 Before planting, carefully
 consider the location so the
tree won't get in the way of buildings."
