You use spaghetti noodles or whatever you like. Then you marinate some cubed chicken tenders with club house roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning and after letting them marinate for a few hours you pan fry them. While they are cooking you need to make the cream sauce which you make from scratch. Buy a carton of whole whipping cream. Whatever the word is used for a 2 cup measurement lol. Im in Canada so we go by ml. Anyways you chop up garlic and the green leaves of a few leeks and pan fry them in butter for about 2 minutes. Then pour in the whipping cream and turn down the heat to about medium, add a dash of salt and pepper, the zest of 1 lemon, and the juice of half a lemon, or id say 2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Then constantly stir it and let it reduce for about 20 minutes. Make sure it doesnt boil too much or it will ruin the sauce. The sauce will be ready when it is super thick and creamy and not very runny. The sauce is very mellow in flavor, but is very rich. Then to dish out you put the pasta into bowls, put chicken on top and then pour a good amount of the sauce on the pasta and then enjoy. Putting a bit of parmesan cheese ontop tastes great too. Sorry I couldnt give you more exact measurements or anything, its because I invented the recipe and I just add a bit of this and that until it tastes right. [ Edited Tue Jul 17 2012, 07:51PM ]

Also he won't eat any vegetables so I have to grate stuff to a powder, for him to eat it unknowingly. Lol. He's such a picky butt.

But I absolutely refuse to eat raw vegetables (this excludes cucumbers and pickles... mmmmmmmm) Also tomatoes are fruit in my opinion so it excludes them too

Lol For a fact this time and if it's tied I'm just making chicken. Mostly cause I already have all the ingredients for it.
